- Championship Game : Crystal Lake Central beat Lemont, 3-2

- New Lenox Providence Catholic beat Edwardsville, 2-1
- Hoffman Estates beat Elmhurst York, 1-0
CLASS 4A STATE FINALS
- Third Place Game : Edwardsville beat Elmhurst York, 6-1
