CLASS 3A:
- @ Charleston: Newton/Jasper County defeated Monticello, 3-0
- Winning Pitcher: Hailey Mulvey, with 11 strikeouts in 7 innings
- Top Hitters: Paige Wagner, Hailey Mulvey, and Kraegan Groves
- The 15-4 Junior Lady Eagles will face Effingham in the Title Game tomorrow.
- @ Charleston: Effingham edged out Charleston, 5-3
CLASS 2A:
- @ St. Elmo: Pana shut out Altamont, 7-0
- @ St. Elmo: St. Elmo defeated Shelbyville Moulton, 9-4
- @ Casey: Robinson narrowly beat Casey-Westfield, 6-5
- @ Casey: Paris Mayo topped Lawrenceville, 8-6
- @ Teutopolis: Windsor routed Arthur, 14-0
- @ Teutopolis: Toledo Cumberland overcame Teutopolis, 14-8
CLASS 1A:
- @ Hutsonville: Albion won against Oblong, 11-1
- @ Hutsonville: Dieterich defeated West Salem, 11-1
- @ Sigel: Scores not available for Neoga vs. Mattoon St. John’s and South Central vs. Sigel St. Michael’s
- @ Champaign: Villa Grove triumphed over Paris Crestwood, 11-5
Most of the IESA Softball Regional Championship Games are scheduled for tomorrow. Winners will advance to their respective Sectionals on Saturday.
