the Lady Tigers won the varsity game at Red Hill, 60-35 as Olney is now 6-1 overall, now 2-0 in the LIC
* Taylor LeCrone led Olney with 17 points and 4 rebounds
* Brittany Black had a double/double with 14 points and 10 rebounds
Olney also won the junior varsity game over Red Hill, 32-24
the Lady Tigers are back in LIC action next Monday night when they travel to Marshall

Mt. Carmel won the eleven team event by beating out 2nd place Olney, 197 to 157

* then Lawrenceville (123), Anna-Jonesboro (100), Herrin (87), and Carterville (77)
* Fairfield was 9th (67), followed by Carmi (56) and an extra team
Olney had three champions out of the nineteen Tigers that competed in their respective weight classes
* Ean Pottorff won the 145 pound class with three victories
* Kyle Beasley won the 195 pound class with two victories
* Kyle Dowty won the 220 pound class with three victories

* the 4-1 Olney Lady Tigers are at home in Ron Herrin Gym at RCHS to host the Robinson Lady Maroons
* the 2-4 Newton Lady Eagles are at home at NCHS to host the Lady Tigers from Paris
* and it’s the Lawrence County battle in Lawrenceville as the Lady Indians will host Red Hill
* in a non-conference game tonight – Casey-Westfield plays at Altamont
