(NEWTON) At the Jasper County Fair this past Sunday night during the Queen Pageants, there were eleven young ladies in the 2024 Pre-Teen event. Congratulations to Lillian Ulm, the 10 year old daughter of Ryan & Keri Ulm of Newton, as she was crowned as Miss Pre-Teen Jasper County 2024. First Runner-Up was 9 year old Aria Harris of Newton. Thanks to the other contestants and again all the Pageant sponsors for their great support this year.
