RICHLAND COUNTY RAIN FALL REPORT

(OLNEY) In this week’s Richland County Farm Bureau rainfall report for the past week. With the reporting period ending at 8:00 yesterday (Monday June 11, 2024) morning, the county’s highest total of rain was eight tenths of an inch (0.80) in Noble Township, followed by six tenths of an inch (0.60) in Denver Township, forty-five hundredths (0.45) in Preston Township, four tenths (0.40) in German Township, and three tenths (0.30) in Decker Township. Three sites, one of the Claremont Township locations, along with Bonpas and Madison Townships, each had two tenths of an inch (0.20), while the remaining three sites, the Farm Bureau Office, Olney Township, and the other Claremont Township location, each had one tenth (0.10) of an inch of rain over the past week. Here at our WVLN-WSEI National Weather Service official weather station for Richland County, at the south edge of Olney, we had just under two tenths of an inch of rain over the past week, at eighteen hundredths of an inch (0.18).
