(OLNEY) The Illinois Department of Transportation and the Richland County Highway Department is announcing that while the road improvement work along Illinois Route 130 at the Mt. Gilead Lane intersection north of Olney continues, the work this week will switch to the southbound lane of Route 130 and when that occurs, the west half of the Mt. Gilead Lane intersection will be closed. Therefore drivers using that intersection will need to find alternates routes of travel and continue to observe all barricades and signs at that site. The patience of all is appreciated.
