(NEWTON) in Marching Band news from last weekend –
a total of fourteen bands performed at the Jasper County Fall Festival Parade
the RCHS Marching Tigers from Olney did very well in the competition
the Tigers won caption awards in Class 2A for Best Color Guard & Best Percussion
also was named the 2025 Jasper County Fall Festival Parade Grand Champions
whereas the Tigers outscored all bands in all four classes of the competition
also, the Marching Tigers competed at the Sage City Invitational in Monticello
the Richland County band members place fourth in the Class 2A competition
the Tigers are back on the road this weekend
competing at the Marching Maroons Band Festival in Robinson Saturday morning
