(OLNEY) in Marching Band news from the weekend –
the RCHS Marching Tigers competed at the Effingham Marching Hearts Invitational
performing in Class 2A, the Tigers earned 2nd place and won the Best Color Guard award
in the overall Small School Championship, involving Classes 1A thru 3A
there were sixteen bands from across the region competing
the Marching Tigers were an impressive sixth place overall – congratulations
the RCHS band is back in action this coming weekend
at the Olney Tigers football game this Friday night at RCHS
then at the Mt. Zion Marching Contest Saturday morning up in Macon County
