(SPRINGFIELD) The Illinois Department of Agriculture (IDOA) has announced the Illinois wheat producers that have met the qualifications required to be placed on the ballot for the upcoming October 30th Illinois Wheat Development Board election. The list includes at-large candidates Brandon Warren of Wayne County and John Howell of Randolph County, District 6 candidate Jamie Harvel of Clay County, District 3 candidate Ross Holscher of Crawford County, District 2 candidate Dean Campbell of Madison County, and District 4 candidate Steve Launius of Washington County. There are no candidates for Districts 1 and 5. Absentee ballots are available to those not able to vote in person by emailing the IDOA at agr.marketnews.illinois.gov.
