(NOBLE) The Noble Village Board met in regular session this past Monday night. The Board : approved the payment of all bills as presented : noted that utility rates in the Village of Noble will increase on the January billing in the new year of 2026 – up 5% for both water and sewer and up 3% for garbage : noted that the Village’s sewer lagoon has been all cleaned out and is currently filling with water, plus the rip rap work is finished : agreed to add Village Secretary Debbie Wilson to the Village bank accounts and to remove Tresa Hundley with her retirement : noted that the Village leaf collection program has ended : agreed to cancel the Board’s second scheduled meeting for this month : noted there will be no delay in the garbage pickup during Christmas week : noted that Village Hall will be closed all day on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, December 24th and 25th, also closed at 12:00 noon on New Year’s Eve, December 31st, and closed all day on New Year’s Day, January 1st, 2026 : and was provided with sexual harassment training information : the Noble Village Board’s next regular meeting is January 12th, 2026.
