(OLNEY, ILLINOIS) The celebration of life for Karen Sue (Schroeder) Smith, age 78, of Olney, Illinois, will be held Friday morning, December 19, 2025, at 11:00, at the Mt. Gilead Church, northwest of Olney, with burial to follow in the Trobaugh Cemetery. The visitation is also Friday morning, December 19, 2025, from 10:00 until service time, at the Mt. Gilead Church. The Kistler-Patterson Funeral Home is assisting the family with the arrangements.
