(OLNEY) The Richland County 4-H clubs and members are now gathering donations of personal care items and winter clothing for their Clean and Cozy New Year SWAN Drive, with items collected including deodorant, toothbrushes, toothpaste, floss, razors, feminine hygiene products, socks, gloves, hats, coats, and men’s sweatpants in sizes large and extra-large. The donated items can be dropped off at the Richland County Extension Office at 306 South Fair Street in Olney during regular office hours on weekdays from 8:00 to 12:00 or 1:00 to 4:30 with all donation accepted now through January 16th, 2026. However, the office will be closed for the holidays December 24th through January 1st. All donations will be delivered to SWAN in Olney, a nonprofit organization and shelter.
