(OLNEY/NEWTON) As we start the year 2026 with a cold front draped across the Interstate 70 corridor, it will be dry weather conditions for the next several days and nights in our downstate area, mostly due to a high pressure ridge that will keep a low pressure system to our south and another system to our north. Plus on the back side of that high pressure, we’ll have more warmer than normal air and dry conditions for the first half of next week.
