(OLNEY) The Olney City Council met in special session yesterday afternoon with one agenda item. After a closed session to discuss personnel, the Council approved an agreement with City Manager Allen Barker where he will leave his position after over a decade of service to Olney. The Council then appointed long-time City employee Frank Bradley as Olney’s interim City Manager. The Council will have its next regular meeting Monday night, January 12th.
