REGIONAL WEATHER OUTLOOK

(OLNEY/NEWTON) A high pressure ridge over the Midwest will give us plenty of sunshine today, but colder air will keep our wind chill values down in the teens. As our wind switches around from the southwest later today, a fast-moving weather disturbance will bring us a quick chance of light snow tonight, with heavier amounts north of a line along I-70. Then we’ll dry out with normal cold January weather prevailing for the weekend and into the first of next week. Stay tuned for updates and monitor a NOAA Weather Alert Radio for more forecast details.
