(NOBLE) The Noble Village Board met in regular session this past Monday night. The Board : approved the payment of all bills as presented : approved the $58,813 payment to Enlow, Inc. for riprap lining at the Village’s Sewer Lagoon with the money coming from the Village’s sewer lagoon grant : approved the $1,777 estimate to build safety guards around the Village fuel tanks to be OSHA compliant : approved the $750 estimate to repair the bucket on the Village’s New Holland tractor : approved changes to the Sewer Lagoon contract as recommended by the Village Engineer : reviewed and approved the MFT Compliance Report : noted the Village has a new group health insurance plan through Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois : noted that Village Hall will be closed on Monday, January 19th, in observance of Martin Luther King Junior Day : and in personnel – accepted the resignation from Cindy Manuel as Village Treasurer and then agreed to appoint Cindy Manuel as the new Village Clerk, all effective immediately : the next regular meeting of the Noble Village Board will be Monday night, January 26th, 2026, starting at 7:00.
