(OLNEY) The Richland County Soil & Water Conservation District held its Annual Meeting last night in Olney with approximately 100 people in attendance. After the buffet meal catered by Barney Ochs of Newton was served, the business meeting was called to order with reports given by partners from the NRCS, FSA, and SWCD. Three directors were elected, including Heath Clodfelter, Tony Kuenstler, and Marti Kocher, each to serve a two-year term through March of 2028. It all wrapped up with guest speaker Holly Spangler, editor of Prairie Farmer magazine. The Richland County SWCD thanks everyone for the past year of service and cooperation.
