REGIONAL WEATHER OUTLOOK

(OLNEY/NEWTON) As a large Canadian high pressure stretches from Texas through the Great Plains into central Saskatchewan, our downstate area weather will remain in the deep freeze for several more days with very cold arctic air and frigid wind chill values in place today through the upcoming weekend and even into next week. In fact, the Climate Prediction Center’s first ten day outlook for February is calling for a good chance of below normal temperatures and below normal precipitation. Stay tuned for weather updates and monitor a NOAA Weather Alert Radio for more weather information and forecast details.
