(OLNEY, ILLINOIS) A memorial service for Randy M. Toliver, age 74, of Olney, Illinois, will be held at a later date at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witness in Noble, Illinois. Cremation rites will be accorded. The Kistler-Patterson Funeral Home in Olney is assisting the family with the arrangements.
