(SPRINGFIELD) Shifting markets and new consumer demands are among the topics at the upcoming Organic Grain Conference & Trade Show, set for tomorrow and Thursday in Champaign. Organized by The Land Connection, and sponsored in part by Illinois Farm Bureau, the event will feature keynote speaker Jill Clapperton, an internationally recognized leader in soil health, bringing her expertise and experience, talking about dryland grains, soil health, grassfed cattle production, and more.
