(OLNEY/NEWTON) As we start to move through the last half of February 2026, we could see some record warmth on this Wednesday with a stronger than normal wind, which all will give way to an approaching cold front that will move through our downstate area by tomorrow night. Our Thursday forecast has good rain chances, maybe even a thunderstorm or two, plus an inch or so of rain is possible. Then to be followed by cooler air on Friday, another weather system on Saturday with some rain and/or light snow, and then more winter-like temperatures return for Sunday and the first of next week.
