(CHAMPAIGN) in Boys High School Swimming & Diving from Saturday –
hundreds of downstate swimmers competed at the IHSA Sectional in Champaign
congratulations to three Richland County High School athletes who participated
Junior Jude Nosek competed in the 50 freestyle and 100 backstroke
Freshman Kellan Feddes competed in the 200 freestyle and 100 backstroke
Freshman Bennett Padilla competed in the 200 individual medley and the 100 breastroke
the Tigers finished a combine 8th place out of 27 schools taking part
Jude, Kellan, and Bennett also had their lifetime best swims in each category
the three winter train with the Wabash Valley Swim Team out of Vincennes
during the summer, the three compete with the Olney Tigersharks
