(BLOOMINGTON) Midwest Dairy recently announced the names of four college students who will serve as 2026 Illinois Dairy Ambassadors as they will promote the dairy community and support Midwest Dairy’s mission by connecting with consumers at activities throughout the year. The four Ambassadors, all attending the University of Illinois, include three animal science majors, Emma Rauch of Jasper County, Amanda Kistinger of Will County, and Elsie Sizemore of Ford County, along with Aubrey Wallan of Bond County, an ag education major. The four will represent the dairy industry by interacting with consumers at county and state fairs, school presentations, & at dairy industry meetings. Midwest Dairy represents 3,600 dairy farm families.
