(OLNEY) In meetings coming up this week in Richland County :
- The Olney City Council will meet tonight at 6:00 at the Olney City Hall.
- The Noble Village Board will meet tonight at 7:00 at the Village Hall in Noble.
The meetings are open to the public, with the exception of any executive sessions.
