(OLNEY) Richland County authorities have announced that effective next Wednesday, April 15th, 2026, the public entrance to the Richland County Courthouse will be through the front, or north, doors off of Main Street. Therefore, the public will no longer be allowed to enter the Courthouse through the rear, or south door. With new handicap parking now located on the east side of the Courthouse, a new handicapped ramp is now open for the front entrance at the Richland County Courthouse. This is again, all effective, next Wednesday, April 15th.
