(NOBLE) The Noble Village Board had a regularly scheduled meeting this past Monday night. The Board : approved the payment of all bills as presented : approved a change order for the Village’s Lagoon Project to include the purchase and installation of a new aeration blower for $6,504 with the cost to be funded by the project grant : agreed to replace the current copier and printer at the Village Hall with a copier/scanner/printer from GFI of Mt. Vernon at a cost of $65.49 per month, including IT services – with this action, the Brother Ink subscription that was approved earlier will now be cancelled : approved the purchase of a surveillance camera from Amazon for the Noble Village Park : noted that the Village has received insurance coverage funds from recent weather damage sustained at the Village Park : adopted a new Village Policy on the Use of Personal Equipment While On Duty : noted that the Village-Wide Garage Sales are scheduled for Saturday, May 16th : noted that the May Fest Car Show and related activities are scheduled for this coming Saturday, May 2nd, in the Village Park : and noted a proclamation made, declaring tomorrow, May 1st, as Noble Wildcat Day, a day to recognize the local heritage and pride in the community by wearing Gold & Black each year on this date to preserve the legacy associated with the Noble Wildcat name : next meeting of the Noble Village Board will be held May 11th, 2026.
