(NEWTON) In a meeting coming up this week, the Newton City Council will meet in regular session tonight at the Newton City Hall, beginning at 6:00. The Council’s Finance and Audit Committee will meet an hour earlier at 5:00 this evening, also at the Newton City Hall. The meetings are open to the general public, with the exception of any executive sessions.
