GIRL SCOUTS FINISH THEIR ANNUAL FALL PRODUCT PROGRAM

(OLNEY/NEWTON) The Girl Scouts of Southern Illinois has finished its Annual Fall Product Program for 2023 as girls in downstate Illinois sold over $525,000 in tasty treats, magazines, and other fun products. And a huge “congratulations” to two area scouts for being the Fall Product Top Sellers : to Myla Wesley from the Crawford/Jasper County Service Unit, selling $948 in product and to Jordyn Tankersley from the Richland County Service Unit for selling $772 in product : proceeds from the fall sales will stay locally to provide numerous chances for girls to explore their interests and become tomorrow’s leaders and help change the world around them. Girls Scouts of Southern Illinois serves over 6,500 girls and nearly 3,400 adults in 40 downstate counties. All girls in grades K through 12 are welcome to join a Girl Scout Troop in their area.
