(Dundas) The Funeral Service for Joseph R. Bell, Jr., age 51 of Dundas will be held Monday Morning December 18, 2023 at 10:00 am at the Kistler Patterson Funeral Home in Olney with burial in the Oak Hill Cemetery in Parkersburg. The Visitation is Sunday Evening December 17, 2023 from 4:00pm to 6:00pm at the Funeral Home in Olney.
