(OLNEY/NOBLE/NEWTON) With the official recognition of President’s Day coming up this Monday, Feburary 19th, most of the area city and village halls will be closed. While the Olney City Hall and the Noble Village Hall will be closed Monday, the Newton City Hall will remain open on Monday. The City of Olney’s brush dump will also be closed on Monday, but open next Friday and Saturday, like today and tomorrow, from 10:00 to 4:00, each day.
