(OLNEY/NEWTON) With anywhere from an inch up to two or three inches of rain in our downstate area over the past 48 hours, our sky will dry up today with plenty of sunshine returning to the forecast, and at least lower humidity levels and a strong northwesterly wind. While there is a slight chance of an afternoon shower in tomorrow’s forecast, Thursday will be mostly dry with some sunshine. Then a gradual warmup runs Friday through Sunday with dry conditions expected even into the first of next week.
