Girls Junior High Cross Country:
At yesterday’s meet in Robinson, six teams competed in the girls’ race:
- Lawrenceville emerged victorious, defeating Robinson with a score of 27 to 47.
- The Middle School Lady Cubs from Olney finished in third place with 66 points.
- Paris Mayo followed with 106 points, while Allendale and New Hebron did not have team scores.
Among the 48 runners on the 2-mile course, the top finishers for the Lady Cubs were:
- Addy Gray: 2nd place
- Allyssa Landry: 10th place
- Alayna Rodgers: 15th place
- Claire Steele: 17th place
- Brianna Beard: 22nd place
The Lady Cubs will be back in action today at Fairfield.
Boys Junior High Cross Country:
In the boys’ race at the same meet:
- Robinson Raiders claimed first place, besting Paris Mayo with a score of 37 to 44.
- The Middle School Cubs from Olney secured third place with 57 points.
- Lawrenceville, New Hebron, and Allendale-St. Mary’s did not have team scores.
Among the 48 runners on the 2-mile course, the top finishers for the Cubs were:
- Dawson Goff: 7th place
- Kyler Houchin: 9th place
- Emery Ochs: 12th place
- Carter Scherer: 13th place
- Juston Souden: 16th place
- Aiden Hundley: 17th place
- Kinnick Funk: 18th place
- Konner Davis: 21st place
