BOYS HIGH SCHOOL SOCCER RECAP FROM YESTERDAY

Olney vs. Mt. Carmel Yesterday, the Olney Tigers secured a 2-1 victory against Mt. Carmel on the road. The first goal for Olney came after an impressive 11-pass sequence, with Ethan McLaughlin scoring from a Joe Hunt assist. The winning goal was delivered by Keagan Ray, who converted a penalty kick with just five minutes remaining. The Tigers are set to host Charleston tomorrow morning in Olney.


Newton vs. St. Anthony In another match, the Newton Eagles dominated St. Anthony with a convincing 5-0 win. Luke Farley led the charge with two goals, while Makai Kuhn, Lance Volk, and Brock Anderson each contributed one goal. Lance Volk also had three assists, and Henry Will added one. The Eagles will host Decatur St. Theresa tomorrow.
