(EFFINGHAM) The investigation continues into a two vehicle traffic crash that occurred this past Monday over the noon hour in Effingham, causing the death of a former Richland County man. Authorities report 27 year old Dale T. Davis of Teutopolis was traveling on Keller Drive on his motorcycle when a vehicle on Midtowne Boulevard collided with the bike. Davis was pronounced deceased at the scene, while the other driver, 37 year old Pyo J. Namkus of New Providence, New Jersey, was not injured, but ticketed for failure to yield. No other details are available from the Effingham Police Department and Coronor’s Office.
