(OLNEY) All are encouraged to get ready for this week’s Richland County Firefighter Food Drive, set for this coming Thursday. Starting at 6:00 that evening, the door-to-door pickup will take place at homes with their front porch lights on in Calhoun, Claremont, Dundas, Noble, Olney, and Parkersburg, with only non-perishable foods accepted. Donated food can also be dropped off from now until this Thursday at Noble Foods, the Wakefield Mill, the TNT Stop in Claremont, and at three sites in Olney, Market Street Medical, Carle RMH (East Street entrance from 8:00 to 4:00), and the Olney Fire Department, all during regular hours. All the food collected will be donated to the Good Samaritan of Richland County.
