(OLNEY/NEWTON) With scattered rainfall amounts averaging between two and seven tenths of an inch yesterday in our downstate area, a high pressure moving into the Midwest today will give us plenty of sunshine and dry conditions thru this Mother’s Day weekend. Another upper level low will then move in and give us our next chance of rain on Monday and Tuesday. Then it appears our hottest weather so far this year moves in by midweek next week. Stay tuned for updates and always monitor a NOAA Weather Alert Radio.
