THURSDAY WEATHER DISCUSSION (06/05/2025)

(OLNEY/NEWTON) As the strong low pressure that moved across our downstate area last night and early this morning dropped anywhere from one to three inches of rain in the past 12 hours, we get more rain this morning as that frontal boundary has stalled out along the Ohio River Valley. Then as that low waivers, we’ll have yet more rain and storm chances tomorrow and again Saturday. With maybe a dry Sunday, rain is back in the forecast that night and through Monday. Stay tuned for updates and possible alerts and/or warnings.
