(OLNEY/NEWTON) With our downstate area weekend rain totals coming in, they were very sporadic, with some spots getting heavy downpours with 2 to 3 inches of rain, and others with multiple showers, but only receiving a half inch of rain, some more or less. And with that being said, we’ll have much the same in the forecast for today through Wednesday. Then we’ll dry out and heat up with the risk for excessive heat and humidity by Saturday and through the upcoming weekend. Stay tuned for continued weather updates and details.
