ACTIVITIES COMING UP NEXT WEEKEND IN OLNEY

(OLNEY) Get ready for a busy Halloween Night coming up next weekend in downtown Olney. On Friday, October 31st, it all begins with the TrustBank Halloween Parade at 6:00, leaving the TrustBank downtown parking lot, moving west on Main Street, then south on Whittle Avenue, and ending at Bower Park. Then the Fifth Friday Market will open at the end of the parade, starting at around 6:30 in downtown Olney with two hours of various vendor and Trunk-or-Treat booths, chili, hot cocoa, apple cidar, and more available to buy, and all the downtown shops and stores will be open for shopping. Also the Richland County High School Bands will have their fifth annual Fright Night at Bower Park follow the parade with show times at 6:45 and again at 7:10 with plenty of candy handed out as well. Then the Witches Walk for ladies age 21 and older will start promptly at 8:00, but for only those that have signed up in advance with the Chamber Office. That’s all a week from this Friday night, Halloween Night, sponsored by the Olney Chamber of Commerce and Friends of Olney.
