(SPRINGFIELD) The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to rescind a 2009 Greenhouse Gas Endangerment Finding that paved the way for the agency to regulate greenhouse gas emissions. The agency also proposed to remove GHG regulations for light, medium, and heavy duty on-highway vehicles. The EPA is now accepting comments on the possible move through September 15th this year. Additional information and details can be found in the Federal Register online, at regulations.gov and on the EPA website as well.
