(OLNEY) The Richland County Soil & Water Conservation District will have its Annual Meeting a week from tonight at the Best Western Parkside Event Center in Olney. With the doors to open that evening at 5:30 with registration, the catered meal will be served at 6:00, followed by the annual business meeting at 7:00, and guest speaker Holly Spangler. The $10.00 tickets can be purchased from any of the SWCD Directors, at the SWCD District Office along South Route 130, or by calling the District Office and reserving tickets at 618-392-7141. Time is running out to get tickets with tomorrow, Friday, January 16th, 2026, being the final day for ticket sales.
