Get ready to swim, bike, and run—Olney’s Annual White Squirrel Triathlon and Kids Triathlon return to Musgrove Park on August 8th and 9th, hosted by the Richland County Recreation Council.
White Squirrel Triathlon – Friday, August 8
Open to ages 10 and up, this beginner-friendly event features:
- 200-meter swim at the Musgrove Aquatic Center
- 14.6-mile bike ride
- 5K run/walk
Participants can compete as individuals or form 2–3 person teams, including special categories for businesses and organizations.
Kids Triathlon – Saturday, August 9
Designed for children ages 3 to 15, with three age divisions and age-appropriate distances. A great way for young athletes to get involved and have fun in a supportive environment.
