AREA AGRONOMY SUMMIT TOMORROW

(FAIRFIELD) Area farmers and others can still sign up to attend tomorrow’s Illinois Extension Agronomy Summit, to be held at the Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Fairfield, from 9:00 to 2:30. Those attending will gain up-to-date research-based insights from university experts to support farm management decisions with sessions to cover topics such as dealing with wind & water, strategies for controlling waterhemp, farm business management, and more. The free event also includes lunch and more. While the online registration is closed, those who’d like to attend can call the Wayne County Extension Office in Fairfield at 618-842-3702 as soon as possible.
