(OLNEY/NEWTON) The Richland County Highway Department has lifted its temporary weight restrictions on county-maintained highways and roads until further notice. To verify the status of load limits on township roads, drivers should contact the respective township road commissioner. All drivers should be alert to load limit signs that have been posted on area township roads.
