Here’s some changes for the 2023 Capital Classic in Lawrence County
- Mt. Carmel has dropped out due to the Aces playing for the Class 3A State Football title
- Grayville will replace Mt. Carmel, but their games will have no bearing on the finals
The Olney Tigers open their season Friday morning at 11:00
- they’ll be in action at Red Hill High School in Bridgeport against the host Salukis
The other teams at the Bridgeport site include Teutopolis and Salem
At the Lawrenceville site is Mt. Carmel, Vincennes, Fairfield, and the host Indians
- Now the final three games of the tournament Saturday evening at Lawrenceville, the fifth place game at 4:00, third place game at 5:30, and title game at 7:00.
