(FLORA) A Clay County woman has been arrested by the Illinois State Police Division of Criminal Investigation Zone 8, in conjunction with the Flora Police Department. 24 year old Jaryn L. Allen of Flora has been charged with two criminal offenses that involved a minor, Harmful Material (Class 4 Felony) and Contributing to the Criminal Delinquency of a Minor (Class A Misdemeanor). The Clay County investigation into the distribution of harmful material to a minor, including reportedly providing alcohol to a minor between March 1st and May 7th earlier this year. Allen is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
