(NEWTON/OLNEY) The Embarras River Basin Agency again has scholarships available for income eligible individuals who want to attend college this fall with a limited number of $500 scholarships to be awarded in each of ERBA’s nine counties. Applicants must be attending an Illinois College, University, or Community College, as a full-time student during the fall 2026 semester, plus have at least a C average, and must meet income guidelines. Applications are now available from any of the ERBA Offices in the counties of Jasper, Richland, Lawrence, Clark, Crawford, Cumberland, Coles, Edgar, and Douglas. The applications must be completed and returned to the county office of residence by June 26th.
