(FLORA) The 2nd Annual Crossroad Thunder Volleyball “Golf Scramble” is set for Saturday, June 1st, at the Clay County Country Club, west of Flora, next to Charlie Brown Park. With registration at 8:30 that morning, it’s a shotgun start at 9:00 with lunch available at 11:00 followed by awards, raffle drawings, and various prizes. The $50 per person cost with six man teams includes 18 holes of golf, cart fees, lunch, and prizes. All proceeds to help the Crossroad Thunder athletes with expenses during the winter club ball season.
