(OLNEY/NEWTON) As a secondary cold front moves across downstate Illinois this morning, our rain and thunderstorm activity will come to an end by noon and much like yesterday, we’ll return to some sunshine by later this afternoon. Then we stay dry for the rest of the weekend as well, with a slight warm up each day Saturday and Sunday, plus with plenty of sunshine. Our next significant chance of rain moves in for Monday night and Tuesday of next week, plus temperatures will hold steady at pretty much average.
