- The Eagles beat the host Golden Aces, 4-3 with the hits even at 5 apiece
- Newton’s top hitters were Isaac Flowers, Max Meinhart, and Drake Wolf
- The winning pitcher was Dylan Gier with a save for Gus Bierman
The 3-0 Eagles will host Cowden-Herrick/Beecher City today in Newton
